Jätehuolto hoidetaan tehokkaasti erottelemalla jätteet kolmeen luokkaan ja tarjoamalla kierrätysastioita vierashuoneissa. Automaattinen järjestelmä tai avainkortti varmistaa, että valot ja sähkölaitteet sammutetaan, kun vieraat poistuvat huoneesta.
